On Thursday and Friday, May 2-3 2019, FEB UGM held the Campus Hiring and Sharing Session: Ernst & Young (EY) Goes to Universitas Gadjah Mada. This event is taken place at the Djarum Foundation Auditorium, Pertamina Tower Building, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. The Dean of FEB UGM, Eko Suwardi, Ph.D stated that this moment is very rare occasion event due to the directly presented by EY Management. “This noon will be of the benefit between FEB UGM with our partnership” mentioned by Eko.

AACSB International, a globally renowned accreditation board for business schools, has announced a list of 38 business schools around the world that have successfully maintained their excellent quality in business education through the continuation of their schools’ AACSB Accreditation. Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada is one of the business schools mentioned on the list above. Over a century since its establishment, AACSB has built the highest standard in business education. Passing AACSB’s standard is found to be arduous. It is proven by the fact that there is only 5 % of business schools that had been accredited globally (836 business schools in 55 countries).

On Monday, April 29, 2019 began the Short Term Program was titled Millennial Talent Management - in Indonesia carried out on the 6th Floor, Learning Center Building of Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (FEB UGM). This activity was collaboration between Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Singapore Management University (SMU) which was first held in 2019. The aim of this short-term program is to prepare young leaders who are ready to contribute at the ASEAN level.
